The Carousel has been gracious enough to allow the dancers to invade their hotel for the weekend. They have opened their ballrooms for our convenience to provide us with all the space and resources we need to make this an extraordinary event. Without The help from the Carousel we would not have been able to bring this festival to Maryland and to you.
